At dsm-firmenich, we are looking for a 'Treasury Expert' who can help to support Treasury operations of APAC region and contribute to the organization’s strategic success. In this role, you will collaborate with various internal stakeholders such as Financial control & accounting, Tax, Legal and relevant BUs. You will also engage with external partners including banks and auditors.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- **
Banking & Treasury Operations**: Establish and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions. Oversee the management of short-term borrowing and investments.
- **
Cash & Liquidity Management**: Optimize working capital and ensure the company has sufficient liquidity to support operations.
- **Trade solution**: Explore supply chain financing, AR financing program, and manage business request.
- **
Financial** **Risk Management**: Support in currency exposures and assist in hedging activities (FX spot, FX Forward).
- **
Financial Reporting & Compliance**:Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. To support in audits, both internal and external related to treasury operations.

**You bring**:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance and accounting (Master's level preferred).

Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in handling Treasury function.

Exposure to treasury expertise is advantageous.

Understanding of fiscal, legal, and accounting considerations (IFRS).

Knowledge and at best experience with banking, financial products and cash management.

Well-developed communication skills.

Ability to think critically and work detail-oriented.
