As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team.
**Job Description**:
As a Telesales Representative at Eye Mantra Hospital, you will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into appointments for our eye care services. You will be the first point of contact for potential patients, providing them with information about our treatments and guiding them through the appointment booking process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective patients to introduce them to Eye Mantra Hospital's services.
- Educate potential patients about our range of eye care treatments and procedures.
- Identify the needs of potential patients and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Schedule appointments for consultations and treatments with our ophthalmologists.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential patients in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in telesales or customer service roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Prior knowledge of eye care services or medical terminology is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
