**Job Title**: School Coordinator
**Job Summary**:
The School Coordinator serves as a bridge between the school administration, teachers, parents, and students, ensuring smooth operations and the effective implementation of CBSE curriculum and policies. The Coordinator is responsible for managing academic and co-curricular activities, maintaining discipline, and fostering a positive learning environment within the school.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Academic Coordination**:
- Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum across grades.
- Monitor lesson plans, teaching methodologies, and academic schedules.
- Provide guidance to teachers for maintaining academic standards and meeting learning objectives.
- Oversee the planning and execution of assessments, exams, and evaluations as per CBSE guidelines.
- **Teacher Support and Development**:
- Facilitate teacher training and development programs to enhance teaching quality.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss challenges and solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate teacher performance and provide constructive feedback.
- **Student Affairs**:
- Monitor student progress and address academic or behavioral issues.
- Organize extra classes, remedial sessions, and enrichment activities for students.
- Act as a mentor and guide for students in need of academic or emotional support.
- **Parent Engagement**:
- Act as a point of contact for parents regarding student performance and school policies.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings and address their concerns effectively.
- Communicate updates regarding curriculum changes, events, and student progress.
- **Event and Activity Coordination**:
- Plan and coordinate school events, assemblies, cultural programs, and competitions.
- Ensure co-curricular and extracurricular activities align with CBSE objectives.
- Oversee the participation of students in inter-school and CBSE-organized events.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:
- Ensure compliance with CBSE regulations and directives.
- Maintain records related to academic performance, attendance, and discipline.
- Prepare reports for management and CBSE board inspections.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Assist the Principal in daily school operations.
- Supervise staff and ensure adherence to school policies and procedures.
- Address conflicts among students, staff, or parents, ensuring swift resolution.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed. or M.Ed.) or a relevant field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in teaching or school administration, preferably in a CBSE school.
- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum, policies, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and educational management tools.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Ability to multitask and manage diverse responsibilities efficiently.
- Experience in organizing events and activities in a school setting.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in English and local languages.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
