**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Plan and deliver engaging lessons** in accordance with the school curriculum.
- **Develop lesson plans** that cater to the needs of all students and promote active learning.
- **Create a positive classroom environment** that fosters curiosity, creativity, and respect.
- **Assess student performance** through classwork, assignments, and tests.
- **Maintain student records** and provide regular feedback to parents.
- **Incorporate technology** and innovative teaching aids to enhance learning.
- **Encourage student participation** in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
- **Collaborate with colleagues** and participate in staff meetings, training, and school events.
- **Ensure discipline and safety** of students during school hours.
- **Uphold school values** and contribute to the overall development of students.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Graduate in any discipline with **B.Ed. / D.El.Ed.** (as per CBSE norms).
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Fluent in English** (spoken and written).
- **Strong classroom management** and organizational skills.
- **Knowledge of child psychology** and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
- **Proficiency in MS Office and digital learning tools** preferred.
