**RESPONSIBILITY**1

**Key Responsibilities**

v Maintain 5S standards & housekeeping in department.

v Take ownership of plating department.

v To achieve target as per OEE & IE 17000 pieces per day / 12 hours.

v Identify all the trouble shutting & solution. Put on paper.

v No interference or left your department without general manager permission.

v To learn all analysis of plating plant including mechanical & chemical.

v Give proper plan which is comes from PPC to line man on time.

v Plant must be start at 8:30 a.m. without fail.

v Late coming is calculated as absent after 3 times.

v Responsibility of quality & productivity as per plant OEE.

v Make a list preventive maintenance and must be done as per the plan.

v To not inference other department and other process.

v Handle all manpower in your department properly.

v Maintain the tanks chemical, lab report, sample

And recorded.

v To check the quality online of all the parts plated.

v Generation, Updating, monitoring and reviewing the daily Lab reports prepared by supervisor

v Analyze problems arise during plating and resolve issues

v Establish quality standards and are in accordance with the standards defined ISO 9001:2015 Compliance

v increase the Production and maintain quality standards As per norms and Manpower planning

v Periodical maintenance of all tanks

v Preparing work instructions, control plans and SOP;s in the department wherever required

v Responsible for the maintenance of testing machines their records and manuals.

v All the testing facility of plating plant should be in running condition responsibility.

v Ensure maintenance of records, lab reports, samples, manuals is kept in safe custody and confidentiality is maintained.

v Check all the parameters of tanks as per the check sheet provided

v Responsible of jigs & features.

v Make kazien every month, minimum one.

v Daily, month and quarterly, half yearly, yearly. All kind of mis reports.

**Secondary Responsibilities**
- Any other work assign by management.
- Ensure proper documentation of IMS.
- Ensure the company policies and procedure are followed.
- Follow up with all the administrative function and HR function

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
