**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, and pantry areas.
- Assist in managing office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and restocking when necessary.
- Handle errands within the office, such as distributing documents, packages, and mail to different departments.
- Support basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Ensure conference rooms are prepared before meetings, including arranging seating, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist in organizing and setting up for office events and meetings.
- Follow safety and security protocols while performing tasks in the office.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability.
- Basic knowledge of office operations and equipment.
- Good communication skills and a polite, professional demeanor.
- Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job, including standing for extended periods and carrying light loads.
- Should have a vehicle.
- 10/12th/Graduation or equivalent.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
