**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Delivery**:

- Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate physics lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and academic standards.
- Utilize a variety of teaching techniques such as lectures, demonstrations, hands-on experiments, and multimedia to simplify complex concepts and keep students engaged.
- **Classroom and Lab Management**:

- Establish a positive and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
- Maintain discipline and enforce classroom rules to foster a safe, productive learning atmosphere.
- Set up and supervise laboratory experiments, ensuring all safety protocols are followed to protect students and maintain an organized lab environment.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Develop and administer quizzes, tests, lab assignments, and projects to assess students' understanding and retention of physics concepts.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to help students improve their academic skills.
- Record and track student progress, preparing reports for students, parents, and administration as needed.
- **Hands-On Experimentation and Scientific Inquiry**:

- Conduct laboratory experiments and demonstrations that help students grasp physical concepts like motion, energy, forces, and magnetism.
- Guide students through scientific inquiry, encouraging them to formulate hypotheses, conduct experiments, and analyze their findings.
- Encourage critical thinking, questioning, and a scientific approach to problem-solving.
- **Student Engagement and Support**:

- Identify and provide additional support to students who may need extra help understanding challenging concepts.
- Inspire interest in physics and foster a positive attitude towards science through interactive activities, discussions, and encouraging students to explore scientific questions.
- Mentor students interested in pursuing advanced studies or projects in physics.
- **Professional Development and Collaboration**:

- Attend departmental meetings, workshops, and training to stay updated on new teaching methods and advancements in physics.
- Collaborate with other teachers to create interdisciplinary projects and activities.
- Participate in school events, open houses, and parent-teacher conferences as required.
