Job Title: TGT Teacher (Physics)

**Location**: Pune Pimpri Chinchwad

**Salary Range**: ₹45,001 to ₹50,000

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the academic curriculum and examination standards for Physics.
- **Teaching**: Deliver interactive and effective lessons that promote student participation and facilitate discussions on relevant physical concepts and phenomena.
- **Laboratory Management**: Supervise and conduct laboratory experiments, ensuring safety protocols are followed while encouraging hands-on learning and scientific inquiry.
- **Assessment**: Regularly evaluate student performance through tests, quizzes, assignments, and projects, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning, effectively managing student behavior.
- **Parent Communication**: Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s academic progress, addressing concerns and fostering a collaborative relationship between home and school.
- **Professional Development**: Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with advancements in Physics and educational methodologies.
- **Extracurricular Activities**: Encourage and participate in extracurricular activities related to Physics, such as science fairs, clubs, and field trips, to enhance students’ learning experiences.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) with a specialization in Physics or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in Physics, is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of Physics concepts and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create an engaging and interactive learning environment.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and resources.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
