Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales & Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the battery sales sector. Build and maintain relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to management for product improvements and sales strategies.
- **Product Knowledge**: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's battery products, including technical specifications, features, and benefits.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Consistently push for growth in both volume and revenue.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales support, handling queries, and addressing concerns.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in sales, preferably in batteries or related industries (e.g., automotive, renewable energy).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
- A valid driver's license (if field visits are required).

Compensation:

- **Starting Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
- **Incentives**: Attractive commission-based incentives based on sales performance.
- **Bonuses**: Lucrative performance bonuses for achieving and exceeding targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
