**The Role**:
Join a dynamic team of Shell as we keep track of technology and market trends and proactively evaluate business value opportunities. Support the Cloud community of practice by sharing knowledge and expertise to promote and improve cloud knowledge within the organization.

**Where you fit**

As IDT Advisor, you will join the whole enterprise with a range of stakeholders, architects, delivery teams, and infrastructure providers. Manage to compete for priority actions, ability to communicate, discuss, lead and present information in a confident and authoritative manner, and stay abreast of technological advancement within a dynamic marketplace

**What’s the role?**
- An active member and promoter of the Shells Integration community
- Engaging with business IT stakeholders, dealing with people from different regions/countries with diverse cultures, languages, and time zones
- Understanding and analyzing business issues, goals, and requirements
- Defining and documenting business requirements and seeking IT solutions in line with IT strategy and target portfolio & architecture
- Generating innovative approaches to existing problems or new opportunities

**What we need from you**:

- At least 8 or more years of experience in an Integration (middleware) specialism
- Specializing in any integration technology like Microsoft Azure Logic Apps, API Management technologies, Confluent, Azure Integration Services, SSIS, ELT tools, AWS
- Working knowledge of Azure Services
- Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, and related technology exposures
- Experience working with Operational supports - ITIL or related discipline certifications
- Significant working knowledge and experience in Integration toolkits
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written English is essential
- Interpersonal and facilitation skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of business and IT stakeholders
- Producing a consistently high standard of documentation; both functional and technical
- Ability to work as part of an extended virtual team, across organizational boundaries and different cultures
- Working with IT partners and third-party suppliers to deliver solutions that meet business needs
- Knowledge of the latest Integration trends/developments/products and a desire to learn new Integration technologies
- Ability to act as Subject Matter Expert
- 8 or more years experience active hands-on experience in various Integration technology
- Should have worked on more than one integration tool.
- Multi-skilled in new age Integration Technology & tools (MS Azure Integration stacks - ADF & Logic Apps, IOT HUB, Event Hub, Data Streaming etc.)
- Lead or management role in a certain capacity
- Substantial experience in coordinating, consulting, problem management and detailed solution analysis
- Ability to take a systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to influence and build a shared vision
- Good understanding of systems engineering lifecycle methodology - Agile, SCRUM, etc.
- Good understanding of software testing cycles, tools and methods
- Knowledge of project delivery methodologies, including LEAN
- Knowledge of IT security and compliance requirements
