The Food Court Counter Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a food court counter, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient workflow, and adherence to food safety standards. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the food court area. He is responsible for delivering desired food cost and achieve sales target

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Supervise Staff**: Direct and supervise counter staff, including assigning duties, providing training, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

2. **Customer Service**: Maintain a high level of customer service by assisting customers with orders, resolving complaints or issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

3. **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and conduct regular inventory audits to prevent shortages or excess stock.

4. **Food Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.

5. **Quality Control**: Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring that all items meet company standards and specifications.

6. **Cash Handling**: Oversee cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, reconciling cash drawers, and preparing daily financial reports.

7. **Schedule Management**: Create and maintain employee schedules, taking into account staffing needs, peak hours, and employee availability.

8. **Training and Development**: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in food preparation, customer service, and safety protocols.

9. **Promotional Activities**: Implement promotional activities and strategies to drive sales, such as special offers, discounts, or loyalty programs.

10. **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Ensure cleanliness and organization of the food court area, including cleaning counters, equipment, and dining areas, and performing routine maintenance as needed.

Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in food service management is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- The Food Court Counter Supervisor typically works in a fast-paced environment within a food court setting.
- The role may involve standing for long periods and occasional lifting of heavy objects or equipment.
- The supervisor may be required to work evenings to accommodate peak business hours.
