
Customer Relation Executive

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide product information and assist customers in making informed decisions.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to offer personalized service.
- Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels.
- **Problem Resolution**:
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
- Work with relevant departments to address and solve complex problems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution.
- **Cross-selling and Upselling**:
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
- Provide customers with information on new offerings or promotions.
- **Feedback Collection**:
- Collect feedback from customers on products, services, and overall experiences.
- Analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Update customer profiles and databases with relevant information.
- **Collaboration with Other Departments**:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure a unified customer experience.
- Provide insights from customer interactions to improve products and services.
- **Customer Education**:
- Educate customers about product features, updates, and best practices.
- Provide training if necessary to enhance customer understanding and usage.
- **Customer Retention**:
- Implement strategies to retain customers and reduce churn.
- Identify and address potential issues that may lead to customer attrition.
- **Performance Reporting**:
- Generate and analyze reports on customer satisfaction, feedback, and other relevant metrics.
- Present findings to management and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
