**Job Title: Purchase cum Store In-Charge**

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities**:

- Purchase**

‣ Source and procure goods, services, and materials required for hotel operations

‣ Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers

‣ Ensure timely delivery of purchased items

‣ Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and payments
- Store Management:
‣ Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods and materials

‣ Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and supplies

‣ Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards

‣ Conduct regular stocktakes and inventory audits to minimize waste and optimize stock levels

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in purchasing and store management
- Strong knowledge of purchasing principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and inventory management software

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and front office
