- Manage customer complaints as well as in-house complaints and related issues, implement corrective actions & documentation, etc.
- Create and implement SOPs to ensure QA procedures are being followed.
- Ensure necessary equipment is functioning correctly (metal detector, magnets, scales, cleaners, etc.).
- Should have knowledge of IPQC.
- Should have knowledge of Fumigation, Pest Control and other preventive measures for keeping the stocks in good condition within the company, during transit & till the shelf line.
- Should have knowledge of Minimum Residual Limit (MRL) for various country.
- Should have knowledge of Rice and Paddy Analysis.
- Should have knowledge of various packaging materials and also their quality check.
- **Should have knowledge of the following audits/certifications**:_
- Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI)
- IPQC System
- Global Standard for Food Safety
- BRC
- Quality Management System
- ISO 9001:2015
- Food Safety Management System
- ISO 22000:2005
- Environment Management System

- Halal Certification
- Kosher Certification
- US Food & Drug Administration
- FDA Certification

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
