**Key Responsibilities**:
**Contract Management**

1. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts and agreements.

2. Ensure contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.

3. Maintain accurate records of contract timelines and milestones.

**Customer Relationship Management**

1. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant support.

2. Ensure timely resolution of customer queries or issues in collaboration with internal teams.

**Financial and Administrative Support**

1. Prepare reports, financial recovery documents, and invoices.

2. Manage payments, bank guarantees, and other financial activities related to commercial contracts.

3. Submit documents, reconcile accounts, and perform other administrative tasks.

4. Conduct customer visits within and outside Maharashtra (up to 5-10 days/month).

**Compliance and Risk Management**

1. Ensure adherence to commercial policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

2. Identify potential risks in contracts and proposals, and collaborate with the senior team to mitigate them.

**Travel Requirements**:

- Up to 5-10 days/month travel to different cities in India may be required.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in contract management, customer relationship management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, legal requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
