**Job description**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement audit plans, policies, and procedures for the organization
- To Conduct Vouching on daily Basic and report the same to audit head
- to check gst compliance.
- To check income tax compliance
- to conduct Physical Reification of stock
- Manage the internal audit team and provide guidance and support to team members
- Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of potential risk and vulnerability
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes
- Prepare audit reports and make recommendations for improvement to senior management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Monitor and track audit findings and recommendations to ensure timely resolution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, external auditors, and regulators

**Qualifications**

Required Semi Qualified CA, inter CA, or Articleship Completed. with relevant experience in the same field.
- Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues to a variety of audiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
