Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:
1) Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Maintain and update customer and prospect databases.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing their needs.
2) Order Processing:
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all sales transactions.
- Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
3) Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as a point of contact between the sales team, customers, and other internal
departments.
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Distribute sales reports and updates to the team as needed.
4) Sales Data Analysis:
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights to the sales team for better decision-making.
5) Inventory Management:
- Monitor product inventory levels and communicate with the procurement team for
restocking as needed.
- Ensure accurate stock levels to meet customer demand.
6) Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities.
- Assist in maintaining customer profiles and history.
7) Sales Support Materials:
- Create and maintain sales collateral, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Ensure that sales materials are up to date and readily available.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordinator role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
