**Position Overview**:
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing financial and accounting tasks including invoicing, e-way billing, reconciliation, and financial reporting through Tally. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong grasp of accounting principles, proficiency in Tally ERP, and the ability to generate accurate and timely reports.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Invoicing & Billing**:
Prepare and process customer invoices accurately in Tally ERP.

Ensure timely generation and distribution of invoices to clients.

Handle inquiries related to invoicing and resolve any discrepancies.

**E-Way Billing**:
Generate and validate E-Way bills as per GST requirements.

Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and timely submission of E-Way bills.

Maintain proper records for easy tracking and auditing of E-Way bills.

**Reconciliation**:
Conduct regular reconciliation of bank statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reconciled accounts.

**MIS Reporting**:
Prepare and generate monthly/quarterly MIS reports for management review.

Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and provide insights.

Assist in the preparation of budgetary and forecast reports.

**General Accounting**:
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure that accounting processes are compliant with company policies and applicable laws.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and end-of-year closing activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role with hands-on experience in Tally ERP.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP for accounting and billing tasks.
- Strong knowledge of GST, E-Way billing, and financial reconciliation.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Prior experience in accounting for manufacturing, logistics, or retail sectors.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
