As a member of the Nursing Staff at Zidan Hospital, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. You will work across various shifts to ensure round-the-clock care and support for our patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, adhering to established protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation.
- Participate in continuous education and opportunities for growth within the nursing profession.
- Comply with hospital policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid nursing license (RN/LVN or equivalent) as required by the state.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stress and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle complex tasks efficiently.
- Compassionate attitude with a dedication to providing high-quality patient care.

**Shift Details**:

- Rotational shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
