The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety and comfort. The role includes assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment and recovery.

**Key Responsibilities:Patient Care**:

- Provide direct patient care based on medical and nursing protocols.
- Monitor, assess, and document patients' conditions regularly.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures and rounds.
- Ensure the comfort and hygiene of patients.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.

**Medication & Treatment**:

- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate records of medications and treatment given.
- Monitor for adverse reactions and report accordingly.

**Emergency & Critical Care**:

- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid.
- Assist in emergency procedures and critical care interventions.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain proper medical records and patient progress reports.
- Ensure proper handover of patient information during shift changes.

**Equipment & Infection Control**:

- Operate and maintain medical equipment safely.
- Follow hospital infection control protocols.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.

**Teamwork & Professional Development**:

- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in training programs and continuous learning.
- Adhere to hospital policies, ethical guidelines, and professional conduct.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) / B.Sc Nursing (mandatory)

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
