**Job Title**: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) Doctor

**1. Patient Care**:

- Conduct thorough patient consultations, including physical examinations and history taking.
- Diagnose and treat illnesses using Ayurvedic principles, therapies, and herbal medicines.
- Develop personalized treatment plans integrating Ayurveda and modern medical practices when necessary.
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

**2. Clinical Services**:

- Provide preventive healthcare advice, including dietary recommendations, lifestyle changes, and yoga practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate Ayurvedic care into patient management plans.

**3. Education and Counseling**:

- Educate patients about, preventive care, and self-management of chronic conditions.
- Offer counseling on stress management, mental well-being, and other lifestyle factors.

**4. Documentation and Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and infection control practices.

**5. Training and Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in Ayurveda and complementary medicine.
- Participate in hospital training sessions, workshops, and conferences.

**6. Research and Development (Optional)**:

- Contribute to research projects aimed at validating Ayurvedic treatments and integrating them with modern medical practices.
- Publish case studies, articles, or findings in relevant medical journals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
