**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and handle leads from B2C platforms like IndiaMART.
- Coordinate with platform teams and manage the platforms as required.
- Verify the quality of leads by communicating with them directly.
- Answer inbound calls from the platform and provide accurate information to potential leads.
- Coordinate with the internal team for effective lead distribution.
- Distribute leads in real-time using Excel sheets.
- Support the digital marketing team with various tasks as required.
- Perform any other assigned duties to support team operations.

**Requirements**:

- Basic skills in internet browsing, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Fluency in at least three languages apart from English.
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers on calls, build rapport, and gather required details.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Ability to handle real-time lead management and distribution efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new platforms and processes.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
