**Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all.

**Patient Registration and Scheduling**:

- Collect and accurately record patient information during registration processes.
- Schedule patient appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits using the Hospital Information System (HIS) software.
- Verify insurance information and assist patients with billing inquiries and payments.

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to medical staff and management as needed.
- Assist in maintaining patient records, filing systems, and other documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.

**Customer Service Excellence**:

- Address patient concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally, escalating issues as necessary.
- Act as a liaison between patients, visitors, and hospital staff, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience for all.

**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a receptionist or administrative role.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in using Hospital Information System (HIS) software for patient registration, scheduling, and billing.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office suite and electronic medical records systems.

**Interpersonal Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, visitors, and staff from diverse backgrounds.
- Exceptional customer service orientation, with a focus on empathy, compassion, and professionalism.

**Organizational Skills**:

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Adaptability**:

- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
