Responsibilities:

- Working with business teams to prepare the long-term e-commerce strategic plans and implement them in the e-commerce architecture, and act as liaison between the business, technical and design teams
- Ensure quality and relevance of user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flows to deliver the project successfully
- Lead workshops for solution design and architecture
- Provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting system requirements
- Create architecture visions and help/take part in realizing them.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects for aspects related to integration with other systems
- Provide direction to the SCRUM masters and implementation teams to assess and adjust scope and review deliverables
- Keeps up on industry trends and current Commerce technological standards and best practices

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years SAP Commerce (Hybris) (certification is a PLUS)
- Experience engineering leading-edge systems with solutions targeting a variety of customer models including B2B and B2C engagements
- Ability to come up with accurate development estimates based on high-level business and/or technical requirements
- Providing insight and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders to demonstrate how the hybris solution will be leveraged to meet business demands
- Lead the technical direction during design and development processes by driving decisions and coordinating efforts
- Experience in data modelling for complex B2B, B2C business processes
- Experience integrating Hybris with ERP (SAP), CRM (Salesforce) other legacy systems
- Hands on development experience in SAP Hybris e-commerce platform (B2C and B2B platforms)
- Strong hands on experience in customizing Hybris based e-Commerce Applications, Hybris CMS and e-commerce suite (WCMS, Solr, HMC, CMS & Product Cockpit, Admin Console, CronJobs, ImpEx, Import/Export Service, Catalogs, Categories, Products)
- The ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and convert them into customer solutions
- Experience with making architectural drawings.
- Experience with designing modern APIs
- Prior experience in defining architectures that satisfy security, scalability, high availability, and network management/monitoring requirements
- Expert level knowledge of eCommerce Best Practices for Internationalization and Localization
- Very high professional presentation and communication skills
