**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students expressing interest in LIT School, demonstrating enthusiasm and a deep understanding of the school's value proposition.

**Information Provision -**

Provide comprehensive information about LIT School's unique educational approach, upcoming programs, and specific details including course structure, learning outcomes, mentorship opportunities, and the experiential learning model.

Handle disqualifications tactfully, providing feedback and possibly suggesting alternative options when appropriate.

**Scheduling Interviews with Senior Counsellor -**

**Follow-ups and Engagement -**

**Coordination with Senior Counsellor -**

Collaborate closely to refine engagement strategies and ensure alignment on admission goals and standards.

**Admissions Goal Orientation -**

Employ persuasive communication techniques to highlight the value and outcomes of LIT School's programs.

**Insight Sharing with Marketing and Product Teams -**

Participate in meetings and strategy sessions to contribute to the continuous improvement of LIT School's recruitment and marketing efforts.

**Documentation and Reporting -**

Prepare reports and analyses of admission drive activities, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
