**Position**: Showroom Sales Executive
**Experience**: 2 to 4 Years
**Office Timing**: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Address**:318 DHEERAJ HERITAGE JUNCTION OF S.V. RD AND MILAN SUBWAY SANTACRUZ WEST

**Responsibilities**:

- **Generate Sales Leads**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling to expand the customer base.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- **Product Demonstration**: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of RAK Ceramic products.
- **Sales Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure sales agreements and achieve revenue targets.
- **Order Processing**: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ceramic or building materials industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- **Self-Motivation**: Proactive and self-driven with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals.
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
