**Position: Inside Sales Executive**
**Location: Noida**
**Work Days: 6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday)**
**Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM**
**Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹45,000 in-hand**.
**Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in Inside Sales or a relevant field**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand the student’s profile, goals, and requirements to recommend suitable UG/PG courses
- Conduct structured counseling sessions and provide complete information about course features, pricing, and benefits
- Consistently follow up with leads and maintain lead pipelines through CRM tools
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
- Provide accurate information and resolve queries related to courses and admission procedures
- Maintain a high level of student satisfaction by building strong rapport and providing excellent post-enrollment support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to convert leads from campaigns and other sources
- **Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales or telesales** (experience in the education industry is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Sales-driven attitude with the ability to handle rejections and objections professionally
- Good understanding of sales metrics and CRM systems
- Graduation is preferred
- Ability to work independently and within a team

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
