**Job Summary**: We seek a dedicated and enthusiastic Tele Counsellor to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound tele-calling to prospective clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum qualification of 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Proven experience in outbound tele calling, tele sales, or lead generation.
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- Telecommunication: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
