**Job Title: Soft Sales Executive**

**Location**:Gurugram Sector 18

**Salary Range**: 15,000 to 30,000 CTC

**Key Responsibilities**:
Be aware of customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirement.

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

Meet monthly sales targets while contributing to the overall team performance.

Work with the marketing team to generate promotional strategies.

Provide the management with feedback on what customers prefer and what market trends are.

Follow up leads and nurture relationships into sales.

**Qualifications**:
A bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.

A minimum of 1-year experience in sales or customer service.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Should be well-versed with the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Languages required**:
Fluent in both written and spoken English, Tamil, Kannada, and Telugu.

**Salary and Benefits**:
Competitive salary in the range of 15,000 to 30,000 CTC.
