**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
- Introduce our services/products to potential customers and provide necessary information.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and address their concerns.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Record and update call information in the system.
- Achieve personal and team goals.

**Requirements**:

- **Freshers welcome** No prior experience required.
- Strong **English communication skills** (both spoken and written).
- A **motivational** attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team.
