**BACK-END SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE**

**Job Summary**:
We are building a High Performance Team here at **ROBU.IN** & have vacancy for a **Back-End Sales Support Executive** to join our team. Please note this is an entry-level position, suitable for **12th passed, undergraduates/graduates of any Discipline **or having **0 to 2 years of Back-end Sale’s, Sales Support or any Back-end profile experience** with **Basic Computer Knowledg**e.

We are looking for a qualified Back-end Sales support Executive to join our team. You will provide support to Sales Team and respond to customer and prospect queries. You will undertake administrative job duties as it pertains to the Sales department. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute in creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensure smooth sales team operations.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assisting Shipments for all new orders received.
- Keeping track of Customer orders & Shipments, Mailing tracking ID’s & invoices to B2B Customers.
- Tracking High Value Customer.
- Resolving Delivery order related issues. Handling any issues related to Warehouse - like miss-match, stocking or any other issues faced.
- Reviewing pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
- Calling High Value Online order customers.
- Handling returns & refund issues, Handling GST returns and other payment issues.
- Stock-In process of pending SKU’S.
- Overdue Payments calls to customers.
- Handling and maintaining the Customer Segmentation File (Data) - adding new Customers data in the file.
- Filling vendor registration forms. Generate and process new sales leads as necessary.

**Desirable Skills**:
Good Presentation, Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Basic Computer Knowledge (Working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially Excel or Advance Excel).

**Educational Qualification**:
12th, ITI/Diploma, Undergraduates/Graduates of any Discipline with Basic Computer Knowledge.

**Gender**: Any (Male/Female anyone can apply).

**Number of Positions**: 02 required.

**Experience**: fresher, 0 to 1 years of Back-end Sale’s, Sales Support or any Back-end profile experience.

**Salary**: In hand Rs.10,000/- to Rs.13,000/- per month + PF, ESIC, & Health Insurance Benefits **(CTC: Rs.1,61,752/- to Rs.2,07,557/- per annum)**.

**Job Type**: Full-time.

**Job Location**: Dighi, Pune.

**Salary**: ₹161,752.00 - ₹207,557.00 per year
