**BACK-END SUPPORT EXECUTIVE- SALES**

**Job Summary**:
We are building a High-Performance Team here at **ROBU.IN** & have vacancy for a **Back-End Support Executive
- Sales** to join our team. Please note this is an entry-level position, suitable for **ITI/Diploma, Undergraduates/Graduates of any Discipline** with **Basic Computer Knowledge **or having **0 to 1 years of Back-end Sale’s, Sales Support or any Back-end profile experience** with **Basic Computer Knowledg**e. He/She should be able to contribute in creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensure smooth sales team operations.

**Number of Positions**: 01 required.

**Experience**: fresher, 0 to 1 years of Back-end Sale’s, Sales Support or any Back-end profile experience.

**Salary**: In hand Rs.10,000/- to Rs.13,000/- per month + PF, ESIC, & Health Insurance Benefits **(CTC: Rs.1,61,752/- to Rs.2,07,557/- per annum)**.

**Educational Qualification**:
ITI/Diploma, Undergraduates/Graduates of any Discipline with Basic Computer Knowledge.

**Required Skills**:
Good Presentation, Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Basic Computer Knowledge (Working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially Excel or Advance Excel).

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting Shipments for all new orders received.
- Keeping track of Customer orders & Shipments, Mailing tracking ID’s & invoices to B2B Customers.
- Tracking High Value Customer.
- Resolving Delivery order related issues. Handling any issues related to Warehouse - like miss-match, stocking or any other issues faced.
- Reviewing pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
- Calling High Value Online order customers.
- Handling returns & refund issues, Handling GST returns and other payment issues.
- Stock-In process of pending SKU’S.
- Overdue Payments calls to customers.
- Handling and maintaining the Customer Segmentation File (Data) - adding new Customers data in the file.
- Filling vendor registration forms. Generate and process new sales leads as necessary.
