Ø You will be responsible for Works from verbally and written instruction from supervisor.

Ø You will be responsible for Assembles components in fixture and welds assembly together by various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC etc.) to provide leak-free seam, maintain critical dimensions, and structural and visual quality.

Ø Your daily target will be minimum 80mtr weld length.

Ø You will be responsible for Analyzes requirements, plans layout and fabrication details.

Ø You will be responsible for regularly cleaning and inspecting welding equipment and tools.

Ø You will be responsible for Applies tack weld to hold assembled parts in alignment.

Ø You are responsible for Welds seams completely with MIG welder.

Ø You are responsible for remove slag and weld spatter from fitting.

Ø You will be responsible for Uses template, pattern, scribe, etc. to mark and lay out material.

Ø You will responsible for Aligns and assembles structures for welding using crane, cum-a-long, chains, etc.

Ø You are responsible Peens and sledges fitting to obtain fit up for welding.

Ø Maintain activity logs.

Ø print and marks structure as required.

Ø Completes production/quality control paperwork.

Ø You will be required to work in day/night shifts.

Ø You are responsible for Maintains equipment and work area in a clean and orderly fashion.

Ø Familiarity with welding methods and techniques, equipment, set up and operation.

Ø Understanding of production procedures.

Ø You required to handover your work to concern person before leaving shift on daily basis.

Ø Your targets given to you need to be strictly followed. In case targets or work allotted to you as not done as per company guidelines, Company is allowed to take necessary action.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
