**job Responsibilities**:
**Welding Operations**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan welding operations.
- Use welding equipment to join metal parts, such as TIG, MIG, Stick, or Arc welding techniques.
- Perform cutting, brazing, and soldering of metal components.

**Fabrication and Assembly**:

- Measure and align metal parts to ensure proper fit before welding.
- Operate cutting torches, grinders, and other equipment for material preparation.
- Fabricate metal structures as per project requirements.

**Quality Control**:

- Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet safety and structural standards.
- Repair faulty welds or components as needed.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.

**Maintenance**:

- Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or required repairs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Welding or related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on welding experience in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in different welding techniques such as TIG, MIG, and Arc welding.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in welding.
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity for handling heavy equipment and materials.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with different metals (steel, aluminum, etc.).
- Knowledge of advanced welding processes like robotic or plasma welding.
- Familiarity with fabrication tools and CNC machinery.

**Work Environment**:

- May involve working in industrial, construction, or fabrication settings.
- Requires standing for long hours, lifting heavy materials, and working in high-heat environments.

- Prepare materials by cleaning and removing impurities like rust, scale, or oil.

**Fabrication**:

- Assemble metal structures or frameworks according to design specifications.
- Shape and bend materials to fit project requirements.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
- Test welds for structural integrity using tools or inspection methods.

**Equipment Operation**:

- Operate welding machines, torches, and grinders safely and effectively.
- Maintain and repair welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Identify potential hazards and maintain a safe work environment.

**Repair and Maintenance**:

- Weld or repair damaged or worn parts of machinery, structures, or tools.
- Ensure precision and durability in repairs to prolong equipment life.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Keep records of completed work, materials used, and any equipment maintenance.
- Report issues or defects in welding or materials to supervisors.

**Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, or team members to meet project timelines.
- Communicate effectively to resolve technical challenges.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend only

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

License/Certification:
