Looking for 1 Junior Compliance Associate

**Job Description**:

- Managing routine compliances under the Indian Companies Act 2013 and NHB/RBI regulation and compliance with allied laws, applicable rules, and regulations applicable to the Company and its group companies.
- Preparing and finalization of Quarterly and Annual Reports.
- Timely updating statutory registers and ensuring record keeping of related documents, contracts etc. of the Company and its group companies;
- Convening of Board, Committees and Shareholders meeting - preparation of agenda, minutes and observing compliance as per Shareholders Agreement, Secretarial Standards and the Companies Act 2013.
- Should be updated with the regulatory changes in the Companies Act, NHB/RBI regulations.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Semi Qualified Company secretaries may apply
- Must have two wheeler

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
