
Front Office Executive

Minimum 6 month prior experience in front office management is Manadatory
1.Customer Reception and Greeting: Welcoming customers as they enter the showroom, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact.
2. Managing Phone Calls: Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, transferring them to the appropriate departments, and providing general information.
3. Visitor Coordination: Directing customers to the correct departments, such as sales, service, or finance, based on their requirements.
4. Handling Inquiries: Responding to customer inquiries about products, services, prices, and promotions, both in person and over the phone.
5. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinating and scheduling customer appointments for test drives, servicing, or consultations with sales executives.
6. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintaining records of customer visits, inquiries, and test drives, updating databases, and managing any required paperwork.
7. Basic Administration: Assisting with administrative tasks like organizing documents, handling petty cash, and ensuring the showroom area is tidy and presentable.
8. Customer Feedback and Support: Collecting feedback from customers regarding their experience and directing any complaints or concerns to the appropriate team.
9. Supporting Sales and Service Teams: Assisting with organizing promotional materials, displays, and ensuring that customer needs are communicated effectively to the sales or service teams.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
