**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check-in/check-out guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Monitor the premises for safety and security during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest information.
- Perform night audit and balance daily financial transactions (if required).
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for any overnight requests.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Prepare reports or handover notes for the morning staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk and lobby area.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Proficient in basic computer systems and hotel software (PMS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hours.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-groomed.

**Working Conditions**:

- Night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Primarily indoor, front-desk setting.
- May require long periods of sitting or standing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
