**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and designs for digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce assets for campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and reflect the company’s tone and style.
- Edit and retouch photos, illustrations, and other assets as needed.
- Prepare final design files for print and digital distribution.
- Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technology.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to understand design requirements and feedback.
- Maintain organized records of design projects and assets.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Experience with video editing, animation, or web design is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in UI/UX design or web design.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web development tools.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
