**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **UI/UX Design**:

- Conduct user research and analysis to understand the needs and preferences of our target audience (CA / CMA students).
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for website and mobile app interfaces.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the learning experience.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.

**Graphic Design**:

- Design educational content, such as infographics, presentations, and study materials, ensuring clarity and visual effectiveness.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain a library of design assets

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Present design concepts and effectively communicate design decisions.

**Other**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Maintain organized design files and ensure proper version control.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience minimum 1 to 2 years as a UI/UX & Graphic Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Figma, or Sketch.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience with user-centered design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality designs.
- Experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with CA / CMA curriculum or the finance domain is a plus.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
