**Title: UI & Graphics Designer**

**Overview**:
**User Interface (UI) Design**:
**Graphics Design**:
Design marketing materials such as banners, social media posts, brochures, and infographics. Create brand assets, including logos, icons, and typography guidelines. Work on illustrations, animations, and other visual elements for digital and print media.

**Collaboration & Implementation**:
Work closely with developers to ensure the proper implementation of UI designs. Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on feedback. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, and Sketch. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, and color theory. Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus but not mandatory).Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A strong portfolio showcasing UI and graphic design work.

**Preferred Skills**:
Experience in motion graphics and animation (After Effects, Lottie). Understanding of accessibility and design usability best practices. Basic knowledge of front-end development.
