Job Title: Marketing Executive

Experience: 1-3 years in marketing (EdTech experience preferred)
**Job Summary**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to the target audience (students and parents).
- Plan and execute offline activities such as workshops, seminars, and demo classes at schools and public spaces.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align physical campaigns with online strategies.

2. Lead Generation:

- Identify and engage with potential students and parents through community outreach, school visits, and other physical channels.
- Organize open houses, career counseling sessions, and other events to generate leads.
- Distribute promotional materials such as brochures and flyers in targeted areas.

3. Partnerships & Outreach:

- Build and maintain relationships with school administrators, local influencers, and educational groups.
- Negotiate tie-ups with schools and community organizations to conduct promotional activities.

4. Branding & Awareness:

- Ensure consistent branding in all marketing collaterals, including posters, banners, and flyers.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

5. Reporting & Feedback:

- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular updates to management on leads, conversions, and feedback from campaigns.
- Use insights from customer feedback to refine marketing approaches.
Key Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Creativity in planning and executing promotional events.
- Knowledge of the local market and audience preferences.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
- Proven track record of achieving lead generation targets.
- Ability to travel locally for on-ground campaigns.
