**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strong knowledge of **Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)**.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience (**ABA specialty preferred**).
- Familiar with **CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS** coding standards.
- Hands-on experience with **billing software and EHR systems**.
- **Added advantage**: Experience in **Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) specialty billing**.
- Perform eligibility and benefits verification with insurance companies before services are rendered.
- Call patients to confirm insurance coverage, collect necessary details, and explain their financial responsibility.
- Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claims to ensure timely payment.
- Document all actions taken and maintain accurate and up-to-date notes in the billing system.
- Respond to payer requests and **denials**, and escalate unresolved claims when necessary.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AR calling, specifically with eligibility verification, denials and patient interaction.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare terminology, insurance policies, and billing processes.
- Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Must be comfortable working **night shifts aligned with US time zones**.
- Proficiency in medical billing software and EHR System.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with EMR/EHR systems and healthcare RCM platforms.
- Prior experience working with US-based healthcare providers or billing companies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
