**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of cafe store operations, scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Train, motivate, and supervise cafe staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of supplies, ingredients, and merchandise.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cafe store.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve cafe store operations and offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry, with specific experience in cafe or restaurant management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
