THF undertakes direct implementation of projects on the ground in addition to providing funding support to not-for-profit organisations in India through its donor - RIST, USA. THF’s Strategic planning focuses on key areas of its work with the aim of addressing the key issues of poverty alleviation, economic inequalities, and 360° impact on the quality of life through social development programs. THF’s programs are majorly implemented in the most rural and under-developed areas in the country. Over the years, THF has expanded its charitable activities in collaboration with State and Central Governments, institutions, corporates, academia and non-government organizations for sustainable interventions to achieve scale and economy. The interventions implemented by the foundation range from grass root level to national level programs.

**PROJECT**

The Hans Foundation has been operating more than 25 Hans Renal Care Centers on self-Implementation mode since January 2022. HRCC intervention is an innovative model of healthcare delivery that could help alleviate health disparities among vulnerable populations and individuals with chronic Kidney diseases.

**GENERAL**

** Location of Job: Dehradun (Uttarakhand)**

** No. of Positions: 01**

** Job type**: Contractual for one-year, renewable basis project requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Stock Management and Billings**

**1. Stock Usage & Issuance Tracking**

- Track daily consumption of dialysis supplies, drugs, disposables, and administrative materials.
- Issue stock to clinical and administrative departments with proper documentation.
- Update stock registers (manual/electronic) daily.

** 2. Stock Audits & Compliance**

- Conduct weekly and monthly stock audits to ensure accuracy.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and report discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and FIFO, LFO and FEFO compliance (First-In First-Out).
- Prepare periodic inventory reports for management and auditors.

** Ayushman**

**1. Beneficiary Verification & Registration**

- Verify patient eligibility for Ayushman Bharat or other TPA schemes using the BIS portal.
- Register beneficiaries, generate e-Cards, and maintain accurate demographic records.
- Ensure proper documentation (Aadhaar, ration card, etc.) and maintain confidentiality.
- Update and store all registration data systematically.

** 2. Pre-Authorisation & Claim Management**

- Coordinate with doctors to map appropriate Ayushman Bharat packages.
- Submit pre-auth requests with complete medical and diagnostic documents.
- Follow up with SHA/Insurance companies for approvals.
- Prepare and upload final claim documents (bills, discharge summaries, clinical notes).
- Track claim status and ensure timely closure of pending/rejected cases.
- Maintain a detailed log of submitted, approved, pending, and rejected claims.

** 3. Coordination & Compliance**

- Serve as liaison between the hospital, State Health Agency (SHA), TPA, and DIU.
- Ensure adherence to Ayushman Bharat guidelines and package norms.
- Assist during audits and verification visits from government agencies.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on registrations, pre-auths, and claims.
- Keep management updated on new circulars, packages, and policy changes.

** 4. Weekly Coordination Visit**

- Visit the Ayushman Bharat Office / District Health Agency weekly to:

- Submit physical claim files.
- Resolve discrepancies or pending claim issues.
- Collect official notifications and updates.
- Discuss rejected cases and follow up for approvals.
- Submit a Weekly Visit Report summarizing issues addressed and action points.

** 3. Front Office & Reception Management**

** 1. Patient Handling**

- Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally.
- Provide information regarding hospital services and processes.
- Handle patient registration with accurate data entry.
- Guide Ayushman Bharat beneficiaries regarding documentation and e-Card generation.

** 2. Communication & Coordination**

- Handle incoming calls and route them to appropriate departments.
- Coordinate with medical, nursing, diagnostics, and billing teams for smooth workflow.
- Address patient queries or escalate grievances appropriately.

** 3. Admission, Billing & Discharge Support**

- Assist billing team with patient scheme details and eligibility.
- Ensure correct AB-PMJAY package mapping before discharge.
- Guide patients through discharge formalities and post-discharge documentation.

** 4. Record Management**

- Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, patient inquiry registers, and feedback forms.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of the reception area.
