**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop tailored hiring strategies for logistics and e-commerce operations.
Leverage market insights and competitor analysis to identify key hiring trends.
Sourcing & Recruitment:
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for key logistics roles (e.g., supply chain managers, warehouse supervisors, delivery executives).
Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment and onboarding processes.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
Represent the company at industry events and job fairs.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in recruitment, specifically within logistics or e-commerce sectors.
Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or other job boards, vendor management, vendor engagement, vendor onboarding.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Knowledge of e-commerce logistics functions (e.g., last-mile delivery, inventory management, warehousing).
