Draughtsman - Conceptual Planning & PEB Drafting

**Location**: Rajajinagar
**Reporting To**: Director / Design Manager / Estimation & Sales Team
**Type**: Full-Time | On-Site

**About Us**

We are a turnkey industrial construction firm specializing in PEB and civil infrastructure projects. As we scale operations pan-India, we are looking to strengthen our design and estimation team with a draughtsperson who can support both pre-sales design and production planning activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Conceptual & Schematic Drawing Support**
- Prepare concept drawings and schematic layouts for proposals and client presentations.
- Create building plans based on inputs from sales or site visits - including area demarcations, layout arrangements, and orientation plans.
- Modify and revise drawings based on feedback from management, clients, or architects.

**PEB Drafting Assistance**
- Work with the estimation team to prepare basic PEB structural arrangement drawings.
- Support in visualizing member placements, column positions, bracings, purlins, and cladding areas.
- Prepare BOQ-ready visual references that support proposal generation.

**Documentation & Support**
- Maintain a library of standard blocks, templates, and typical drawings for repeat use.
- Save and archive drawings project-wise in organized folders.
- Coordinate with structural consultants and PEB design teams when needed.

**Requirements**:

- ITI/Diploma in Drafting/Civil/Architecture or similar field.
- 1-3 years of experience in drafting, preferably in PEB/Industrial or warehouse drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential, 3D optional).
- Knowledge of industrial and warehouse layouts, setbacks, loading/unloading zones, etc.
- Willingness to learn PEB detailing formats and estimation coordination.
- Strong organization, file management, and deadline tracking skills.

We are looking for a **curious, fast-learning draughtsperson** who can support both technical and commercial functions by preparing professional-looking layouts and PEB schematic drawings.
- Has strong AutoCAD fundamentals and understands architectural space planning
- Is flexible and responsive to revisions and can visualize steel building layouts
- Can evolve into a key support for estimation, helping generate drawing-linked BOQs
- Will grow into handling early-stage PEB modeling and plan approvals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
