
Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Management:
- Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain and update CRM/database of leads, prospects, and customer conversations.
- Follow up with potential clients, dealers, architects, and designers for product requirements and order closures.
- Share product details, catalogs, price lists, and availability based on customer needs.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop strong client relationships by understanding their requirements and providing product suggestions and quotations accordingly.
- Act as a single point of contact for existing clients, resolving issues and supporting order processes.
- Regularly communicate with dealers and channel partners for sales updates and requirements.
Coordination & Support:
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and accounts teams for timely deliveries and invoicing.
- Assist field sales executives by booking appointments, sharing updates, and tracking follow-ups.
- Maintain records of inquiries, quotes, orders, payments, and dispatches.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS for management.
- Track inquiry-to-conversion ratio and suggest improvements for sales efficiency.
- Monitor competition and customer feedback for market insights.
Eligibility & Requirements:
**Education**:
- Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Business/Marketing preferred).
**Experience**:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service, preferably in building materials, interiors, decor products, or B2B domains.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and local language).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools or ERP.
- Ability to understand product specs and explain them effectively to clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined in follow-ups.
Work Conditions:
- Location: Office-based role in Mumbai, Maharashtra
- Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
- Reporting To: Sales Manager / Director
