The Travel Coordinator will be responsible for arranging, managing, and coordinating all aspects of Domestic & International Hotel & Travel bookings to meet the specific needs of employees, departments & guests including Issuance of Forex and Insurance.

**Responsibilities**

Handling & advising employees on travel arrangements and visas.
Rely on instructions, pre-established guidelines & budget to perform the functions of the job.
Respond to inquiries for Domestic or International travel.
Assisting and understanding the special needs of employees.
Timely execution of assigned tasks.
Coordinate with life safety and security teams to understand any safety and security protocols that the traveler needs to follow.
Coordinate with other executive assistants related to any international guest and answer travel related queries in their absence.

**Required Qualifications**

Knowledge of relevant flight regulations and required travel documentation.
Knowledge on managing /processing of Visa/Forex/Insurance.
Knowledge on managing/ processing of hotel accommodation (Domestic & International).
Knowledge on managing Tickets - Domestic & International (hands on experience on CWT portal would be an advantage).

**Preferred Qualifications**

Resourceful and organized individual, with an exceptional track record of contributing to the efficiency of businesses by providing personalized and timely support.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholder on behalf of teams and leaders by being respectful but assertive.
High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including executives, external parties, etc.
Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
High level of customer service orientation and integrity.
Able to work flexible hours and ability to work independently.
Proactive in recognizing and anticipating needs of the employees.
