As an SEO Specialist at PETRON THERMOPLAST LLP Workspace, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve our website's organic search rankings. You will work closely with our content, marketing, and web development teams to ensure that all SEO best practices are properly integrated.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify SEO opportunities and trends.
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements for target keywords.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant platforms.
- Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed in content creation.
- Build and manage high-quality backlink profiles.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Prepare and present regular SEO performance reports to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Experience with website analytics and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
