You'll join our growing team to execute comprehensive SEO strategies across diverse client portfolios, working directly with our Head of SEO to scale our search marketing capabilities. This is a full-time, in-office position at our Mumbai headquarters where you'll be part of a collaborative team that values results over fluff.What You Will Be DoingStrategic Impact: ​​Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies that increase organic traffic, leads, and revenueOptimise client websites across multiple platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Framer) for maximum search visibilityConduct comprehensive SEO audits and translate findings into actionable improvement plansCollaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, development) to implement holistic SEO solutionsStay ahead of algorithm updates and emerging search trends (including AI-driven search platforms)Daily Excellence:Perform advanced keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-impact opportunitiesExecute technical SEO improvements, including site speed optimisation, structured data, and crawlabilityManage and optimise Google Business Profiles, Merchant Centre feeds, and local SEO initiativesBuild and maintain comprehensive tracking systems using GA4, GSC, and GTMCreate detailed performance reports that clearly communicate ROI to clients and stakeholdersSupport content strategy with SEO-optimised briefs and performance analysis What We Are Looking For Essential Experience: 2-4 years of proven SEO experience with demonstrable results (agency environment preferred)Hands-on expertise with WordPress, Shopify, and e-commerce SEO optimisationAdvanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and enterprise SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)Technical SEO skills, including HTML/CSS, JavaScript basics, and Core Web Vitals optimisationExperience with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and attribution modellingThe Right Mindset:Data-driven decision maker who can translate analytics into actionable insightsDetail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-focused environmentExcellent communicator who can present complex SEO concepts to diverse audiencesSelf-motivated learner who stays current with industry changes and best practicesCollaborative team player who enjoys mentoring junior team members
